About The Role:

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for managing all paid channels, tools, platforms and agencies directing traffic and revenue to Super73.com. They will work hand-in-hand with our sales and e-commerce teams to ensure that we are consistently driving traffic to our website and converting customers. As a paid media guru on the marketing team, this individual will ensure that our digital properties and revenue-driving tactics are always top of mind when the marketing team conceptualizes assorted campaigns and strategies. This is a fast-paced role managing paid media strategy and reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Performance Marketing on development of a strategic Paid Media Marketing Plan
  • Identify objectives and core KPIs for the business
  • Help with forecasting and the creation of yearly budgets
  • Manage strategy and oversee execution across SEM, Paid Social, CTV, Display and other assorted paid channels
  • Lead discovery of assorted paid media platforms and channels, creating a cutting-edge paid media program
  • Manage existing paid media agencies and/or identify and onboard new agency partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external content teams on the creation of advertising assets - from static display to CTV video
  • Work cross-functionally on integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates and overall order size across a variety of product lines
  • Continuously drive online revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand, consumers and industry trends to our online partner sites, merchandising, content and business strategies
  • Play a key role in our go-to-market strategy and maintain a close relationship with the Brand, Sales and E-Commerce teams, representing the digital consumer and marketing efforts in the process
  • Work with analytics teams to help build attribution models and determine spend allocations based on that attribution
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and campaign strategy and report across the organization
  • Leverage site data and platform analytics to develop customer segmentation and insights, optimize the overall ad funnel, consistently analyze, measure and provide actionable plans to support business growth

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media, agency side is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. as well as a technical understanding of each network’s advertising capabilities and potential
  • Management of six-figure monthly budgets across multiple platforms
  • Deep understanding of assorted ad buying platforms, DSPs, CTV, etc.
  • Effective management of agency partners
  • Experience in building data sets, communicating performance objectives and results and educating internal stakeholders on KPIs
  • Creating attribution models with the help of digital analysts
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with doing work in the trenches while still maintaining a strategic perspective
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
  • A team-oriented, positive attitude and motivational mindset
