E-commerce Marketing Manager

About the Role:

The E-commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all owned channels, tools, platforms and agencies directing traffic and revenue to Super73.com. They will work hand-in-hand with our sales and e-commerce teams to ensure that we are consistently driving traffic to our website and focusing on products and promotions most relevant to the company. As an E-commerce guru on the marketing team, this individual will ensure that our digital properties and revenue-driving tactics are always top of mind when the marketing team conceptualizes assorted campaigns and strategies. This is a fast-paced role managing and implementing an array of new or freshly optimized digital marketing tactics and reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Performance Marketing on development of a strategic E-commerce Marketing plan, then execute it
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms with a specific focus on Email and SMS marketing
  • Conceptualize content for all email and SMS messaging, from triggered deployments to widespread messaging
  • Develop our Affiliate Marketing strategy and help with the onboarding of an Affiliate Marketing partner agency
  • Relaunch and oversee our Referral Marketing program, working across consumer and ambassador relationships
  • Work with E-Commerce Merchandisers to manage the website user experience and journey, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates and overall order size across a variety of product lines
  • Continuously drive online revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand, consumers and industry trends to our online partner sites, merchandising, content and business strategies
  • Play a key role in our go-to-market strategy and maintain a close relationship with the Brand, Sales and E-Commerce teams, representing the digital consumer and marketing efforts in the process
  • Work closely with all IT/Dev teams and consultants to optimize system integration, increase conversion rates, improve customer experience, and implement solutions to monitor web performance and security
  • Leverage site data and analytics to develop customer segmentation and insights, optimize the overall web experience, consistently analyze, measure and provide actionable plans to support business growth 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject required
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with assorted SaaS digital marketing, e-commerce and analytics tools: ESPs (Braze is a bonus), Referral Marketing, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.
  • Fluency in HTML for minor coding
  • Management of, or collaboration with, agency partners
  • Subject matter expertise in marketing automation, site CRO, website operations, and personalization
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with doing work in the trenches while still maintaining a strategic perspective
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce specific business practices and consumer behavior, vendor management and project management
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
